Industry Leaders Discuss Mexico-U.S. Trade at April 25 Seminar

CHICAGO, Ill.—April 18, 2013 (James Street Media Services)—Representatives from some of the top companies involved in U.S.–Mexico trade will be speaking at an April 25 seminar sponsored by The Traffic Club of Chicago and the United States–Mexico Chamber of Commerce Mid-America Chapter. The half-day seminar will be held at Harper College in Palatine, Illinois.

The speakers and panelists will address global manufacturing issues that are impacting supply chain strategies, including a shift away from manufacturing in Asia to industrial centers in North America, especially Mexico. They will also explore how business and the economy are being affected by regional trading blocs, and will discuss the ramifications for suppliers and logistics companies—particularly those located in the Midwest.
