CHATTANOOGA, TN–April 26, 2011 (James Street Media Services)–JDK Real Estate, LLC, a member of the Kenco Family of Companies, has signed a lease with Chattem, Inc., the U.S. Consumer Healthcare Division of sanofi-aventis, for 689,450 square feet of warehouse space in Chattanooga, TN. Chattem has taken occupancy of the facility.

JDK was represented in this transaction by Jones Lang LaSalle’s Columbus, Ohio and Memphis, Tennessee offices, while Chattem was represented by JM Zell Partners of Washington, D.C.
